ROBERT CHARETTE OBITUARY Robert E. Charette, 75, of Gardner, formerly of Leominster, died peacefully Tuesday, March 21, 2023, in his residence. Born in Leominster on November 10, 1947, he was the son of the late Emile O. and Irene L. (Donais) Charette. He was a graduate of Leominster High School. Robert was United States Navy Vietnam War Veteran serving from 1967 to 1971, where he received a Presidential Unit Citation, Combat Action Ribbon, National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal with one Silver Star, and the Vietnam Campaign Medal.
