I would suggest never going here. We brought my daughters car here and they promised it would be done by 12:00 as she was leaving for school. The car wasn't taken in until after 12:00. About an hour and a half into the trip about (two hours after picking up), the wheel fell off the car, the mechanic had put on the lug nuts with an impact wrench and they literally split and broke off on the NY Thruway. Every backyard mechanic I know will tell you never to over torque your lug nuts, I am not sure why these so call professionals don't know that. That simple mistake cost me over a $1,000 in hotel rooms, car rentals, airline ticket repurchases, towing and additional repairs. In addition my daughter was late getting to school and missed out on the 3 day program she had signed up for and we had already paid for because she was stranded in NY for so long. I will never be bringing a car there again, for any reason.
