GET BREAKING NEWS IN YOUR BROWSER. CLICK HERE TO TURN ON NOTIFICATIONS. LEOMINSTER — It's October, and that can mean just one thing, Halloween is just around the corner. And to celebrate, the City of Leominster will once again host its Annual Halloween Parade on Saturday, Oct. 21, beginning at 1 p.m. Families and children are invited to dress in their favorite costumes, and join the parade through downtown Leominster. Once the parade is over, kids will have the opportunity to trick-or-treat at participating downtown Leominster businesses and other businesses and organizations on lower West Street.
